Mysuru, July 9: The Teacher Orientation Program was conducted here in Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Vijayanagar.
• Smt. Godamani, Educational Advisor of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra South Region, Smt. Anitha D., Principal of Srinagar Branch, Sri Shivaraj N., Principal of Vijayanagar Branch, were present.
• Smt. Anitha D. explained the objectives of the camp.
• Smt. Shivaraj N., Principal of Vijayanagar Branch, who was the resource person for the first period, explained the concept of Rashtrotthana vision of education and explained its four dimensions.
• Dr R. H. Pavitra, Professor of Economics, University of Mysuru, who came as the resource person for the second period. She explained in detail the process of India gaining its own independent rule free from foreign rule and achieving success in all fields on the topic of ‘Liberation from Colonialism’.
• In the third session, Sri Srihari D., a yoga trainer at GSS Yoga Research Centre, explained how teachers can maintain a strong body and mind by adopting the three pillars of the brain, namely sleep, food and exercise, in their daily lives.
• In the post-lunch session, on the topic of “Teaching is not just a job; it is a social responsibility”, Smt. Eeshwari, Smt. Vishalakshi, Smt. Bhagya Harish, Sri Sriharsha explained the role of teachers in instilling human values in children and building a better society.
• In the final session of the day, Smt. Sulochana and Smt. Deepa explained several practical methods that can be followed to increase students’ attention and encourage their active participation in classroom activities on the topic of student attention, ideas, and methodology.
ಮೈಸೂರು, ಜು. 9: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ವಿಜಯನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.
• ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯದ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಗೋದಾಮಣಿ, ಶ್ರೀನಗರ ಶಾಖೆಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಅನಿತ ಡಿ., ವಿಜಯನಗರ ಶಾಖೆಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಶಿವರಾಜ್ ಎನ್. ಅವರುಗಳು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
• ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಅನಿತಾ ಡಿ. ಅವರು ಶಿಬಿರದ ಧ್ಯೇಯೋದ್ದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
• ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ಅವಧಿಯ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಾದ ವಿಜಯನಗರ ಶಾಖೆಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಶಿವರಾಜ್ ಎನ್. ಅವರು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ ಎಂಬ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ವಿವರಿಸುತ್ತ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸರ್ವಾಂಗೀಣ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಪೂರಕವಾದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಅದರ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಆಯಾಮಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
• ಎರಡನೆಯ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಾಗಿ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದ ಮೈಸೂರು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯದ ಅರ್ಥಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದ ಪ್ರೊಫೆಸರ್ ಆದ ಡಾ.ಆರ್. ಹೆಚ್. ಪವಿತ್ರ ಅವರು ʼವಸಾಹತುಶಾಹಿಯಿಂದ ವಿಮೋಚನೆʼ ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಭಾರತ ದೇಶವು ವಿದೇಶದ ಆಡಳಿತದಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತವಾಗಿ ತನ್ನದೇ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಆಡಳಿತವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುವ, ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಸಾಧನೆ ಸಾಧಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ವಿವರವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
• ಮೂರನೆಯ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿ ಎಸ್ ಎಸ್ ಯೋಗ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಯೋಗ ತರಬೇತಿದಾರರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀಹರಿ ಡಿ. ಅವರು ಮೆದುಳಿನ ಮೂರು ಸ್ತಂಭಗಳಾದ ನಿದ್ರೆ, ಆಹಾರ ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮಗಳನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಇಂದಿನ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ರೂಢಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಸದೃಢ ದೇಹ, ಮತ್ತು ಮನಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಹೊಂದುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
• ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ “ಬೋಧನೆ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಕೇವಲ ಉದ್ಯೋಗವಲ್ಲ; ಅದು ಒಂದು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ” ಈ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಶಿವರಾಜ್ ಅವರ ನಿರೂಪಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಈಶ್ವರಿ, ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ವಿಶಾಲಾಕ್ಷಿ, ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಭಾಗ್ಯ ಹರೀಶ್, ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀಹರ್ಷ ಅವರು ‘ಇಂದಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳೇ ನಾಳಿನ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳು’ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾನವೀಯ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಉತ್ತಮ ಸಮಾಜ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಪಾತ್ರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
• ದಿನದ ಕಡೆಯ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸುಲೋಚನ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ದೀಪ ಅವರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಗಮನ, ಕಲ್ಪನೆಗಳು, ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಯವಿಧಾನ ಈ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಗಮನವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಹಾಗೂ ತರಗತಿಯ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಸಕ್ರಿಯ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸಲು ಅನುಸರಿಸಬಹುದಾದ ಹಲವು ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ವಿಧಾನಗಳನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
