Mysuru, July 23: The birth anniversary of India’s great freedom fighter Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak was celebrated at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Vijayanagar.
- Students presented a speech on the life of Bal Gangadhar Tilak, his immense contribution in the freedom struggle, patriotism, the importance of education and his famous slogan “Swaraj is my birth right, I will achieve it”.
- Students presented a drama depicting the life, ideals and role of Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak in the freedom struggle with great enthusiasm.
ಮೈಸೂರು, ಜು. 23: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ವಿಜಯನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತದ ಮಹಾನ್ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರ ಲೋಕಮಾನ್ಯ ಬಾಲ ಗಂಗಾಧರ ತಿಲಕ್ ಅವರ ಜನ್ಮದಿನವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
- ಬಾಲ ಗಂಗಾಧರ ತಿಲಕ್ ಅವರ ಜೀವನ, ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಹೋರಾಟದಲ್ಲಿನ ಅಮೋಘ ಕೊಡುಗೆ, ದೇಶಭಕ್ತಿ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಮಹತ್ವ ಹಾಗೂ “ಸ್ವರಾಜ್ಯ ನನ್ನ ಜನ್ಮಸಿದ್ಧ ಹಕ್ಕು, ಅದನ್ನು ನಾನು ಪಡೆದೇ ತೀರುತ್ತೇನೆ” ಎಂಬ ಅವರ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಘೋಷಣೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಭಾಷಣದ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
- ಲೋಕಮಾನ್ಯ ಬಾಲ ಗಂಗಾಧರ ತಿಲಕ್ ಅವರ ಜೀವನ, ಆದರ್ಶಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಹೋರಾಟದಲ್ಲಿನ ಅವರ ಪಾತ್ರವನ್ನು ಬಿಂಬಿಸುವ ನಾಟಕವನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಮನೋಜ್ಞವಾಗಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು.
