Mysuru, May 18-20: Teacher Orientation Programme (TOP) 2026–27 was conducted herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Vijayanagar. Teachers actively participated in thoughtful discussions, interactive activities and practical sessions designed to equip teachers for the evolving needs of today’s learners.
The keynote address by Sri Shivaraj, Pradhancharya, RVK Vijayanagar, inspired teachers to embrace continuous learning, adaptability and professional growth in the ever-changing education landscape. The first session on “Indian Education / Indianness in Education” by Sri Vidyadhar highlighted the richness of Indian educational values and the importance of integrating Indian perspectives into classroom practices.
Day One:
The session on “Resilience: Helping students face challenges with confidence” by Dr. Siddalingappa Hoogara.
• There he introduced the “7 Cs of Resilience” to help teachers nurture emotionally strong and confident learners.
Another influential session by Dr. Bhagyavati HD on “Decoding Today’s Learners” encouraged educationists to adopt student-centred and emotionally connected teaching methods.
Day Two:
Focused on nation building and value-based education.
Sri Ananthakrishna emphasized the vital role of teachers in building a healthy and stable society through his session on “Contribution of Teachers in a Healthy Sustainable Society”.
Sessions on “Integral Development” and “Panchamukhi Shiksha – A Comprehensive Approach” strengthened the institution’s commitment to nurturing students intellectually, emotionally, socially, culturally and spiritually.
Day Three:
In a session focused on Indian values, artificial intelligence in education, classroom communication and stakeholder engagement, Sri Akshay delivered a thought-provoking study titled “Westernization is not modernization”.
He stressed the need to preserve Indian culture and values while embracing progress.
Sri Shivaram introduced AI-based educational tools and demonstrated their practical applications in lesson planning, worksheet preparation and classroom presentations.
Closing sessions on “Effective Classroom Communication” and “Communication with Stakeholders” by Smt. Hemalatha. She highlighted the importance of effective communication, teamwork, professionalism, emotional balance and institutional commitment in teaching.
Teachers were encouraged to create a supportive, joyful and student-friendly learning environment while serving as ambassadors of the institution.
The program concluded on an inspiring note empowering teachers with new perspectives, practical strategies and renewed motivation to shape the future generation through value-based, holistic and future-ready education.
ಮೈಸೂರು, ಮೇ. 18-20: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ ವಿಜಯನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ (TOP) 2026–27 ಅನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಇಂದಿನ ಕಲಿಯುವವರ ವಿಕಸನಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅಗತ್ಯಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಸಜ್ಜುಗೊಳಿಸಲು ವಿನ್ಯಾಸಗೊಳಿಸಲಾದ ಚಿಂತನಶೀಲ ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳು, ಸಂವಾದಾತ್ಮಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಅವಧಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು. ಆರ್ವಿಕೆ ವಿಜಯನಗರದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಶಿವರಾಜ್ ಅವರ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಭಾಷಣವು, ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಬದಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರಂತರ ಕಲಿಕೆ, ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆ ನೀಡಿತು. ಶ್ರೀ ವಿದ್ಯಾಧರ್ ಅವರ “ಭಾರತೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ / ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತೀಯತೆ” ಕುರಿತ ಮೊದಲ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತೀಯ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನಗಳನ್ನು ತರಗತಿಯ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಯೋಜಿಸುವ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಿತು.
ಮೊದಲ ದಿನ:
ಡಾ. ಸಿದ್ದಲಿಂಗಪ್ಪ ಹೂಗಾರ ಅವರ “ಸ್ಥಿತಿಸ್ಥಾಪಕತ್ವ: ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸದಿಂದ ಎದುರಿಸಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವುದು” ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಅಧಿವೇಶನವಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಬಲವಾದ ಮತ್ತು ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸದ ಕಲಿಯುವವರನ್ನು ಪೋಷಿಸಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಲು “ಸ್ಥಿತಿಸ್ಥಾಪಕತ್ವದ 7 ಸಿ”ಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಿದರು.
“ಇಂದಿನ ಕಲಿಯುವವರನ್ನು ಡಿಕೋಡಿಂಗ್” ಕುರಿತು ಡಾ. ಭಾಗ್ಯವತಿ ಎಚ್ಡಿ ಅವರ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಪ್ರಭಾವಶಾಲಿ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ-ಕೇಂದ್ರಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿತ ಬೋಧನಾ ವಿಧಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣತಜ್ಞರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿತು.
ಎರಡನೇ ದಿನ
ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮತ್ತು ಮೌಲ್ಯಾಧಾರಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕೃತವಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ಶ್ರೀ ಅನಂತಕೃಷ್ಣ “ಸ್ವಸ್ಥ ಸುಸ್ಥಿರ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಕೊಡುಗೆ
ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ” ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯದ ಕುರಿತು ತಮ್ಮ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದ ಮೂಲಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಿರವಾದ ಸಮಾಜವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರವನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
“ಸಮಗ್ರ ವಿಕಾಸ” ಮತ್ತು “ಪಂಚಮುಖಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ – ಸಮಗ್ರ ವಿಧಾನ” ಕುರಿತಾದ ಅಧಿವೇಶನಗಳು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬೌದ್ಧಿಕವಾಗಿ, ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕವಾಗಿ, ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪೋಷಿಸುವ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಿದವು.
ಮೂರನೇ ದಿನ:
ಭಾರತೀಯ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೃತಕ ಬುದ್ಧಿಮತ್ತೆ, ತರಗತಿ ಸಂವಹನ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾಲುದಾರರ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕೃತವಾದ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಅಕ್ಷಯ್ ಅವರು “ಪಾಶ್ಚಿಮಾತ್ಯೀಕರಣವು ಆಧುನೀಕರಣವಲ್ಲ” ಎಂಬ ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆಯ ಚಿಂತನಶೀಲ ಅಧ್ಯಯನವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಪ್ರಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಾಗ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂರಕ್ಷಿಸುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಶ್ರೀ ಶಿವರಾಮ್ ಅವರು AI-ಆಧಾರಿತ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಪರಿಕರಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಪಾಠ ಯೋಜನೆ, ವರ್ಕ್ಶೀಟ್ ತಯಾರಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ತರಗತಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವುಗಳ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಅನ್ವಯಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು.
ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಹೇಮಲತಾ ಅವರಿಂದ “ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ತರಗತಿ ಸಂವಹನ” ಮತ್ತು “ಭಾಗಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂವಹನ” ಕುರಿತು ಮುಕ್ತಾಯದ ಅವಧಿಗಳು. ಅವರು ಬೋಧನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಸಂವಹನ, ತಂಡದ ಕೆಲಸ, ವೃತ್ತಿಪರತೆ, ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ ಸಮತೋಲನ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಸ್ಥಿಕ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದರು.
ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ರಾಯಭಾರಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವಾಗ ಬೆಂಬಲ, ಸಂತೋಷದಾಯಕ ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸ್ನೇಹಿ ಕಲಿಕಾ ಪರಿಸರವನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಲು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಮೌಲ್ಯ ಆಧಾರಿತ, ಸಮಗ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಭವಿಷ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿದ್ಧವಾದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಮೂಲಕ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಲು ಹೊಸ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನಗಳು, ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ತಂತ್ರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ನವೀಕೃತ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಸಬಲೀಕರಣಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ಟಿಪ್ಪಣಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಯಿತು.
