Mysuru, Feb. 13: The birth anniversary of ‘Nightingale of India’ Sarojini Naidu was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Vijayanagar. Dhruv Somaiah of class II explained the life and achievements of Sarojini Naidu in a gentle and understandable manner. Students of class II Bhima section recited a poem composed by Sarojini Naidu in a group.
ಮೈಸೂರು, ಫೆ 13: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ವಿಜಯನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ‘ಭಾರತದ ಕೋಗಿಲೆ’ ಸರೋಜಿನಿ ನಾಯ್ಡುರವರ ಜಯಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಎರಡನೆಯ ತರಗತಿಯ ಧ್ರುವ್ ಸೋಮಯ್ಯ ಸರೋಜಿನಿ ನಾಯ್ಡುರವರ ಜೀವನ ಸಾಧನೆಯನ್ನು ನವಿರಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಅರ್ಥವಾಗುವ ತೆರದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿದನು. ಎರಡನೆಯ ತರಗತಿಯ ಭೀಮಾ ವಿಭಾಗದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸರೋಜಿನಿ ನಾಯ್ಡುರವರು ರಚನೆಯ ಕವಿತೆಯೊಂದನ್ನು ಸಮೂಹ ವಾಚನ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
