Mysuru, Jan. 10: Makara Sankranti and Swami Vivekananda Jayanti were celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Vijayanagar. ಮೈಸೂರು, ಜ.10: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ವಿಜಯನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕರ ಸಂಕ್ರಾಂತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದರ ಜಯಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದರ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಪುಷ್ಪಾರ್ಚನೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು. ನಂತರ ಗೋಪೂಜೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಫಲ ತಾಂಬೂಲದ ನೈವೇದ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಮಡಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಒಲೆಯನ್ನು ಪೂಜಿಸಿ ಪೊಂಗಲ್ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಂಕ್ರಾಂತಿಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದರ ಜಯಂತಿಯ ಮಹತ್ತ್ವವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಸಮೂಹ ಗಾಯನವನ್ನು ಹಾಡಿದರು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ “ಸುಗ್ಗಿ ಕಾಲ ಹಿಗ್ಗಿ ಬಂದಿತು” ಹಾಡಿಗೆ ನರ್ತಿಸಿದರು. ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ಅಮೆರಿಕದ ಚಿಕಾಗೋ ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಂತಹ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದರ ಭಾಷಣದ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶವನ್ನು ಅಣುಕು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಎಳ್ಳು ಬೀರಲಾಯಿತು. ಸಿಹಿ ಪೊಂಗಲನ್ನು ಸಹ ಹಂಚಲಾಯಿತು.
