Independence day is celebrated on August 15 Every year to commemorate India’s freedom from British rule in 1947. This day was celebrated with great joy, a sense pride and happiness could be seen on the face of students. Tricolour flag was hoisted by chief guest Sri Tilak Kumar followed by National Anthem and many cultural events took place such as Patriotic song, patriotic dance etc.
